Bangor International Airport (BGR). Two hours north of Portland, Bangor International is a fast-growing regional airport with regular connections to and from major cities in the Northeast, as well as national and regional hubs, Canada, Florida and the Caribbean. Knox County Regional Airport (RKD). Knox County Regional Airport is situated on the Rockland coast. It provides air access for passenger and cargo to the islands, as well as commercial passenger service to Boston, and other Maine locations.
